The delivery courier may leave the parcel with your neighbour. You will receive a card if the parcel is left with a neighbour/in a safe place. If the courier cannot deliver the parcel then a card will be left providing details of how to contact the delivery courier to rearrange for delivery or how to collect the parcel.

Returns
We are in the process of setting up FREE RETURNS for our customers.
If you are not happy with the item received then we are happy to refund you as long as the tags are attached and no make-up, fake tan or body lotion is on the item. Any grooming products, pierced jewellery, perfume (where the cellophane packaging has been removed) underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Shoes must be tried indoors and not show any sign of wear.
You have 14 days to return your order for a full refund or exchange (excluding delivery charge).
You will be provided a returns address label which you will need to stick to any parcel. You will need to pay for the cost of the return and it is advised that you send the return through a tracked service.
We will email to confirm we have processed your refund. If you do not see this email please check your other mail folder.
All returns will be dealt with within a 7 day period, please allow a further 7-10 working days for refunds to appear back into your account.
Please retain your proof of return.
